Description
The old father time weathervane is a nod to the stunning and famous Lord's old father time weathervane. The original weathervane design is an architectural feature at Lord's cricket ground in England donated by Sir Herbert Baker back in 1926 and though this isn't a replica or a copy because the original has cricket stumps it depicts old father time or death with the scythe and hourglass. The old father time windvane is on a smaller scale in comparison to some of the other windvanes making it perfect for installing on smaller structures such as pagodas, garages, pergolas, gazebos, fence posts, sheds, summer houses, posts etc
This range of weathervanes are steel construction and finished with an exterior quality black powder coat finish. The weathervane is a decorative and functional piece that shows the wind direction

- All fixings included - horizontal and vertical mount with backplate. Clear mastic can also be used on any joints to seal and further weatherproof and prolong the life of the weathervane. Painting the weathervane in the future is also possible with a good quality exterior metal paint to freshen and restore the colour
